XHESG8 Universal 8" High Excursion Car Subwoofer Grille

These nvx grilles got me out of a jam. My box was a 8” box however my type r alpines bolt pattern was a bit to close. I fabricated new openings using rings used for fiberglass box building and capped the whole thing with nvx grilles. Fit like they should and protect everything.I do wish the insert card had nvx decals to install in the center of the grille.

Good looking, strong, and we'll priced. For my Rockford Fosgate Punch 8's perfectly.

So this is going to be hard to explain. So the metal grill will fit on an 8" nvx sub, but unless you have the speaker mounted a little bit off of a mating surface, the bezel/grill ring/surround will not fit. An easy solution is to just use the metal grill and stick it under the rubber ring that comes on the sub already. The plastic surround/bezel/ring will not fit on a flush mounted sub. Maybe I'll get pictures of how I have it set up later.
